The map and its timing

The contact page carries a Google map, and the map loads when the page does, not when a button is pressed. The practice treats it as part of the address, printed and explained on the same footing as the written directions beside it.

What Google takes in exchange

Loading that map hands Google the visitor's IP address and certain browser data, governed by Google's published conditions rather than ours.

The local key

Your answer to the cookie banner is stored as one key in local storage. It exists so that the banner does not re-ask every click, and it lives until you clear it.

The full inventory

In total: the choice key set by the site itself, plus the map from Google. No analytics, no advertising pixels and no profiling tools of any sort are installed here.

Changing your answer later

To change course, clear this site's data in the browser and the banner will start over. That step completes the withdrawal.
